Triangle Center is a not-for-profit corporation governed by a volunteer board of directors. Triangle Center exists as a healthcare institution to advance and promote patient well being, to educate and enlighten the community, and to do this through a process of constant and progressive adaptation and unremitting commitment to quality improvement.
Triangle Center offers a full array of inpatient and outpatient chemical dependency programs for adults, outpatient services for youth, and workplace programs for employers. Triangle Center utilizes patient placement guidelines promulgated by the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Prevention and education programs are available for all ages.
Triangle Center is licensed to provide substance abuse and chemical dependency treatment services by the Illinois Department of Human Services Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse. Triangle Center is also certified to provide services to Medicaid recipients.
