On Site Drug Testing

Family Guidance Centers at Triangle Center offers on-sight urine toxicology screens.  This is a valuable tool to establish a baseline of substance use, then to confirm abstinence or continued usage during the course of the client’s treatment.  A screening is usually obtained at the time of intake assessment to establish a baseline.  Clients are then tested periodically during their course of treatment to monitor for continued abstinence.

Laboratory service quality is assured through licensing standards enforced by th e Clinical Laboratory Improvement Ammendment (CLIA). 

In addition, Family Guidance Centers at Triangle Center Laboratory is separately accredited and monitored by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospital Organizations (JCAHO), and the American Association of BioAnalysis (AAB) .
